Orders & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected at checkout. Customers will receive the available delivery information when placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have a legal right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. For most online purchases in the UK, customers have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are covered by statutory consumer rights. These rights are not removed by our store policies.
